Our guesthouse is situated in a peaceful area, not far from Poland ( 12 km) and Germany (20 km). You can easily reach tourist attractions and sport facilities of all three countries: the Giant Mountains (CZ), Singltrek (CZ), Zittauer Gebirge (G), historic town of Görlitz (G) … Frýdlant town centre and the castle are in 20 minutes walk.

We offer 7 two- and four-bedrooms. The total capacity is 24 people. Each room is unique with its own bathroom, wifi is available in all the rooms. From 2016 also wellness (whirpool bath and sauna) is available.

The original school gym for sports activities or family and corporate celebrations of all kinds will be available after the reconstruction. There is also a large lobby, kitchen and dining room, which can be used as a lounge for smaller events, training, etc. There is a big garden with a barbecue area and a playground. We can offer enough space for storage of bicycles, prams etc.
